These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Naxcal platform operated by Naxcal Capital Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before making deposits or withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Investment Services

Naxcal provides managed investment services across multiple asset classes. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Your capital is at risk. We do not guarantee any specific level of return.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are processed via cryptocurrency transfers. Minimum deposit is $50 USD. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and are processed within 24 hours. Minimum withdrawal is $100 USD.

6. Fees

A performance fee may be applied to daily returns as disclosed in your account dashboard. No deposit fees are charged by Naxcal; standard blockchain network fees apply.

7. Risk Disclosure

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naxcal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
