Anti-Money Laundering Policy

1. Commitment

Naxcal Capital Ltd is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations 2017 and all applicable FCA guidance.

2. Customer Due Diligence

All customers must complete identity verification (KYC) before transacting. This includes: government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and selfie verification. Enhanced due diligence may be applied for higher-risk customers.

3. Transaction Monitoring

We continuously monitor transactions for suspicious activity. Unusual patterns, large transactions, and rapid movement of funds are flagged for review.

4. Reporting

Suspicious activity is reported to the National Crime Agency (NCA) through Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

5. Record Keeping

We retain customer identification records and transaction data for a minimum of 5 years after the business relationship ends.

6. Staff Training

All employees receive regular AML training to recognise and report suspicious activity.
